Casey and Cole Are Married!!!

The day has finally come...though the party's not over yet! Our dear friends, Casey and Cole, finally tied the knot yesterday. These two grew up together on the Outer Banks. They started dating back in 8th grade. And through life's ups and downs and four long years of being apart during college, the two have become one. We couldn't be more excited for you all!

Thanks to COVID-19, they were not able to have the big Outer Banks wedding celebration they dreamed of...at least not yet. But since Cole will begin pastoring a church in a few weeks, they decided to make it official on their original wedding date with just their immediate families. It was a simple, intimate gathering. As you'll see in these wedding photos, though, their love for one another knows no bounds.

When I was growing up, my family would take vacations to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I remember body surfing in the waves, fishing off the piers, and building sand castles. As my life has unfolded, I have found myself lucky enough to live on the OBX with my wife, Amy, raising our young son James in the sand.

When you book your OBX wedding, it’s one of the few times during your life when your whole family comes together to join one another in celebration. I am a wedding photographer at the beach... I specialize in the immortalizing the celebration, love and new beginnings that happen on your day. My fun and relaxing style adds to the energy of the day without taking away from the stars of the show.

I have been photographing since 2001, and there are few backdrops as beautiful as our Outer Banks beaches.
